MINI of Hawaii

Jose was a fantastic and reliable partner in my search for a new used Mini. I’ve had a mini since 2015 and has 88,000 miles on. It was time to turn it in. We spent a number of days looking at used cars and kind of settled in on 2023S2 door. I bought the car with no financing and there was no pressure. Jose also provided my ride from Kailua the Eastside all the way to Kapolei to pick up the car!

I visited Mini of Honolulu late Saturday afternoon, just before closing, coming all the way from Ala Moana, and it turned out to be my best car-buying experience. First of all, the dealership was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson, Mark Carson, was calm, patient, and soft-spoken, yet showed genuine kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the honest, relaxed, and respectful experience. Everyone made the purchase smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mini of Honolulu to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a positive car-buying experience.

I had an amazing experience buying my MINI Cooper from Gunnar at MINI of Hawaii Kapolei. He was super patient, kept me updated every step (even when shipping took time), and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. The delivery went smoothly, and the car is perfect! Gunnar is friendly, professional, and really cares about his customers. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a MINI in Hawaii! Mahalo Gunnar! 😊🚗

Absolutely love my new Mini! From the moment I stepped in, the entire experience was effortless, fun, and completely stress-free. Huge props to Gage and Felix, and especially Ashlyn, for making the entire process such a standout leasing experience and for putting me in a car that is an absolute joy to drive. This is my first Mini Cooper—but it definitely won’t be my last. The whole team made leasing again feel easy and pain-free, and the energy, professionalism, and genuine excitement they brought made all the difference. If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned car that’s truly fun to drive on the island, I can’t recommend this team enough. Five-star service all the way!

I'd like to give a huge mahalo to Felix and the entire team at MINI of Hawaii in Kapolei! Their relentless effort and hard work made a big difference for me. They helped reduce my negative equity and got me approved for a lease on a band new car, something I didn't think was possible. Felix went above and beyond by educating me on the benefits of leasing while showing genuine compassion throughout the process. His professionalism and care made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service I received today. Thank you, Felix, and Mahalo Nui Loa to the whole team!
